Smash hemp tofu cake with a fork or run through food processor until crumbly. In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients, stir in hemp tofu crumbles and mix until well combined. You can use right away or let flavors meld in the refrigerator for an hour, or overnight.
To eat, heat over low/medium heat until warmed through and until mixture appears less wet. Tastes great scrambled with veggies or eggs. Try a vegan take on huevos rancheros and serve on a sprouted corn tortilla with black beans, sautéed onions and peppers, and Wildbrine fermented salsa verde. Garnish with cilantro.
