This vibrant salad is summer on a plate—fresh, peak-season cherries and peaches shine alongside creamy burrata and fragrant basil.

Ingredients

For the vinaigrette dressing:

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

  • 1 lemon, washed and zested

  • 1/4 chopped basil leaves, washed

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Kosher salt and black pepper

For the salad:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, washed and halved

  • 3 peaches, washed, pitted, and sliced

  • 1 to 1 ½ cups pitted cherries, washed, pitted and halved

  • 8 ounces burrata cheese

Directions

  1. Combine the vinaigrette ingredients into a small bowl. Whisk together until well combined. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add peaches, cherries, and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl. Toss with ⅓ of the vinaigrette and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Top with burrata and remaining dressing and serve with New Seasons' freshly baked artisan bread!
