These crowd-pleasing skewers have it all. They’re salty, sweet, colorful, and super easy to make. Perfect for a summer BBQ appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe, washed

  • 12 basil leaves, washed

  • 12 mozzarella pearls

  • 12 slices of prosciutto

  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Directions

  1. Cut the cantaloupe in half, remove seeds, and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Put together skewers by alternating cantaloupe, mozzarella, basil leaves, and prosciutto. Repeat until all skewers are assembled.
  3. Place skewers onto a platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
