Ingredients
1 cantaloupe, washed
12 basil leaves, washed
12 mozzarella pearls
12 slices of prosciutto
Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Cut the cantaloupe in half, remove seeds, and cut into 1-inch cubes.

Put together skewers by alternating cantaloupe, mozzarella, basil leaves, and prosciutto. Repeat until all skewers are assembled.
