Place 2 cups of juice into a large bowl. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin over the top of juice. Set aside. Allow to bloom for 5 minutes. Place remaining juice in a small saucepan over low heat. Warm juice until just steaming. Do not boil. Add warm juice to bloomed gelatin mixture. Stir until gelatin has fully dissolved. If desired, transfer into a shallow dish or your favorite mold. Chill for 4 hours or until set.
