Preheat oven to 350°F. Using a food processor, combine shredded coconut and coconut flour. Pulse in salt, coconut oil, honey and vanilla. Dough should form a ball. Form teaspoon sized balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 7 minutes.
