Paleo Macaroon Balls



  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Using a food processor, combine shredded coconut and coconut flour. Pulse in salt, coconut oil, honey and vanilla. Dough should form a ball. Form teaspoon sized balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 7 minutes.
