Thai Nut Butter Sauce



  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free tamari or coconut aminos
  • 2 teaspoons peanut or sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup almond, cashew or peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2/3 cup water


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor with water and mix until smooth. Add more water if a thinner consistency is desired. Serve over steamed veggies.
