Tangy Dairy-free Ranch Dressing



  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sauerkraut brine or pickle brine
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons minced shallot
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh herbs of choice such as parsley, chives and dill
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or raw honey (optional)
  • Sea salt to taste


  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. If dressing is too thick, add water 1 teaspoon at a time and blend until desired consistency is reached.
