Spiralized Sweet Potatoes



  • High heat oil or ghee
  • sweet potatoes, peeled and spiralized
  • garlic salt


  1. Heat non-stick pan to medium high and add ghee or high heat oil. Once fat is heated add spiralized sweet potatoes taking care to not over crowd pan.

    Allow the potatoes to brown a bit before turning carefully. Move and turn gently until cooked. Transfer to plate or bowl and then add garlic salt. If strands are too long snip with kitchen scissors.
