Ingredients
1/2 cup of fresh sage leaves , removed from stems, washed, and patted dry.
1/3 cup of olive oil

Directions

Make sure sage leaves are completely dry, so no moisture remains on the leaves.

In a small pan, heat oil over medium-high heat until the oil reaches around 350°F.

Fry sage leaves in small batches until they slightly darken.

Remove from oil and set on a paper towel lined plate. If needed, blot excess oil and season with salt (optional).

Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all sage is fried.
