Spicy Peanut Sauce



  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut nectar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • Cilantro (optional)


  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor, and refrigerate. Let sit at least 2 hours before serving. Can be thinned with more coconut milk. This sauce is great with chicken, as a dressing for Asian slaw, and for dipping veggies.
