Roasted Brussels Sprouts



  • 2 lbs Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tbsp New Seasons Partner Brand olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Crispy & tender, this flavorful side dish is a fall classic.

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

  2. Rinse, trim and halve Brussels sprouts and toss with oil, salt, and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet.

  3. Roast, tossing occasionally, until tender and browned, 35–45 minutes.
