Peanut Butter and Ricotta Spread



  • 1 (16oz) jar creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 (16 oz) container container ricotta cheese


  1. Combine peanut butter and ricotta in a bowl and mix until smooth and blended. Serve as a dip with your favorite cracker, pita, or crudité or use as a protein packed sandwich spread with veggies, tempeh, or grilled chicken.
