Nut and Seed Butter Balls



  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons raw local honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds


  1. Combine nut butters, honey or maple syrup, coconut, chia seeds, and hemp seeds in a large bowl. Mix well and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. After refrigerating, spoon out a generous teaspoon of the nut mixture and roll between hands to form nut butter balls. Place on plate and cover with wax paper. Refrigerate another 2-3 hours before serving.
