Here’s a recipe you can use to make our famous pimento cheese spread at home! Makes one pint.
Take half of the pimento and dice it small. Set Aside.
In a food processor, puree remaining undiced pimento, mayo, sour cream, green onion, tabasco and thyme. Puree until smooth.
In a bowl, hand mix small diced pimento, both cheddar cheeses and pureed ingredients.
