Maple Whipped Cream



  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup crème fraiche
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream


  1. Whisk together brown sugar, lemon zest, crème fraiche, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

    Beat heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into maple syrup mixture and chill well.

    Serve with fruit of your choice or over cake.
