Krispy Kale Chips



  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1-3 tablespoons pasture butter or coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Wash kale and remove stems. Pat dry with clean kitchen towel. Roughly chop kale into 1" pieces and place in an oven-safe pan. Drizzle melted butter or coconut oil over kale. Sprinkle coated kale with sea salt. Bake 10-15 minutes, watching closely so chips do not burn.
