Sockeye Salmon with Sesame Sauce
We teamed up with chef Patrick Fleming of Boke Bowl to create a summer-ready Sockeye salmon recipe featuring New Seasons Sesame Noodle Sauce—a versatile kitchen staple we developed in collaboration with Boke Bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fillet of Sockeye salmon, cut into three pieces, skin and pin bones removed

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • New Seasons Sesame Noodle Sauce

  • Steamed edamame and furikake-seasoned rice for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place Sockeye salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake covered for 12–15 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and baste generously with New Seasons Market Sesame Noodle Sauce.
  5. Return to the oven uncovered and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until Sockeye reaches an internal temp of 145°F.
  6. Serve warm or chilled over furikake-seasoned rice with steamed edamame and finish with a drizzle of New Seasons Sesame Noodle Sauce. Enjoy!
