 
                
                    We teamed up with chef Patrick Fleming of Boke Bowl to create a summer-ready Sockeye salmon recipe featuring New Seasons Sesame Noodle Sauce—a versatile kitchen staple we developed in collaboration with Boke Bowl.

Ingredients
- 1 pound fillet of Sockeye salmon, cut into three pieces, skin and pin bones removed 
- Olive Oil 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
- New Seasons Sesame Noodle Sauce 
- Steamed edamame and furikake-seasoned rice for serving 
Directions
- 
                                                Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 
                                                Place Sockeye salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- 
                                                Bake covered for 12–15 minutes.
- 
                                                Remove from oven and baste generously with New Seasons Market Sesame Noodle Sauce.
- 
                                                Return to the oven uncovered and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until Sockeye reaches an internal temp of 145°F.
- 
                                                Serve warm or chilled over furikake-seasoned rice with steamed edamame and finish with a drizzle of New Seasons Sesame Noodle Sauce. Enjoy!
