Line baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 375°F.
Cut jicama into 1/4" thick lengthwise slices, then cut again into 1/4" sticks to resemble fries. Slice as evenly as possible for even baking. Add sticks to a plastic bag and add oil, almond or cashew meal, nutritional yeast, and spices. Seal bag and shake to coat sticks with the mixture. Place sticks on a lined baking sheet, spaced apart so they are not touching each other. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, flip fries, return to oven for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
