Huli Huli Beef Burger with Warm Cabbage Slaw



  • 4 NSM Huli Huli beef burger patties
  • 4 slices swiss cheese

Warm Cabbage Slaw:

  • 1 head of cabbage, core discarded and thinly sliced like slaw
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt


Pair with your favorite Rosé, strong ale or ginger soda.

  1. Grill burger patties to your desired doneness and melt cheese slices on top.

  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes. Add cabbage and salt and cook, stirring often until cabbage is wilted, about 8-10 minutes. Add apple cider vinegar, turn down heat to medium low and cook 5-8 additional minutes.

  3. Serve slaw warm on top of grilled Huli Huli burgers.
