Bring a pot of lightly-salted water to a boil, add cauliflower and cook until tender. Add cooked cauliflower, garlic, hemp ricotta, pasture butter, and coconut oil to a blender. Slowly add hemp whey and blend until the mixture is smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
