Happy Snacks



  • 1 cup nut butter of your choice
  • 1/2 cup dates, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons flax oil
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate bar
  • 1 cup shredded coconut


  1. Mix all ingredients together, except coconut. Form small balls, adding more flax oil if needed to create desired consistency. Roll balls in coconut. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Note: Try adding sesame seeds or flax seed meal or substituting another chopped dried fruit for the dates.
