Grilled Asparagus



  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • kosher salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan Reggiano cheese


  1. Preheat grill to medium high. In a bowl, drizzle oil over asparagus coating evenly. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Plate asparagus and drizzle with lemon juice. Lightly salt and top with Parmesan Reggiano.
