Preheat oven to 400º F. Roll or stretch out pizza dough to the desired shape then place on an un-oiled sheet pan. Smear dough with fig spread, leaving a naked edge. Sprinkle flatbread with garlic, mint, and parsley then top with crumbled feta.
Bake 20 minutes, until dough has crisped and cooked through. Remove pizza from the oven, cut, and place on serving tray. Sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with a good amount of olive oil.
