Fig and Arugula Naan Pizza



  • 8 oz goat cheese
  • 1 lb fresh figs, sliced
  • 1/2 lb arugula
  • drizzle of balsamic vinegar
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • 4 Naan breads


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place breads on baking sheet and spread cheese on Naan breads evenly. Top with arugula. Arrange figs and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil lightly over everything. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted, figs are cooked and crust is crisp. You may bake directly on oven shelf or pizza stone but times and crust will vary.
