Easy Salmon



  • 1/2 lb salmon filet
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 organic lemon
  • 1 organic sweet onion, sliced into rings
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Wash lemon and peel & slice the sweet onion.

  2. Place each salmon filet on a large sheet of tin foil and season with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.

  3. Squeeze half a lemon on top of seasoned salmon and place 4-5 sliced rings of onion on top of each filet.

  4. Tent entire salmon filet in foil, making sure no fish is showing. Then place the foil packet(s) directly on middle oven rack and bake for 30-40 minutes or until fully cooked. Serve with your favorite side salad or rice pilaf and enjoy!
