Preheat oven to 400° F. Place salmon on a large sheet of tin foil. Rub salmon with 2 teaspoons of olive oil, a pinch of sea salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Squeeze half a lemon on top and place 4-5 sliced rings of onion on top of filet. Wrap entire piece of salmon in foil- make sure no filet is showing. Place the foil packet directly on oven rack and bake for 30-40 minutes or until cooked.
