Butternut Squash Sauce


Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups butternut squash, cooked
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 1/4 cup water or broth, or more as needed
  • sea salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat squash, water and seasonings in a sauce pan over medium-low heat. Stir frequently and mash squash with spoon. For a smooth sauce, blend mixture in a food processor.
