Gently rinse blackberries. Spread one pint loosely on sheet tray and place in freezer until frozen. Take other pint and pour in sauce pan with honey. Chiffonade 20 leaves of basil and add to the berry mixture. Add 1 cup of sparkling water to berry mixture. Cook on low heat, until berries soften and honey is incorporated, stirring frequently. Let cool then strain through a fine mesh sieve. Add cooled berry mixture to remaining 3 cups of sparkling water. Place individually frozen berries in popsicle molds. Place one whole basil leaf on top and fill with berry mixture. Place in freezer until set.
