Best Ever Scrambled Eggs



  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspooons New Seasons Market European Style Butter
  • small quantity fresh herbs of your choice


  1. Beat eggs, yolk and sour cream with salt until just combined.

    Heat butter in a 10 inch skillet until foaming subsides but not brown. Add egg mixture and using a rubber spatula, keep eggs moving until they begin to “set”. Snip herbs of your choice and scatter on eggs. Reduce heat to low and swirl and fold until eggs are set but still moist. Serve immediately.
