Beer, Bacon, and Cheese Dip



  • One 8oz package of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • ¼ lb bacon, diced
  • 1 tsp minced yellow onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika


  1. Dice bacon into small pieces. Cook in pot on medium heat until fat is rendered and bacon is crispy. Add the onions and sauté until golden brown.

  2. Add the beer, cheddar cheese and cream cheese, and garlic powder. Cook on low heat until melted. Sprinkle top with paprika.

  3. Serve with veggies or salty potato chips.
