Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso or 8oz strong coffee

  • 1 ounce Portland Syrups Peppermint Syrup

  • 1 ounce chocolate syrup

  • 4 ounces steamed milk

  • Crushed candy cane or chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Optional Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Cognac

  • Whipped cream

Directions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso or make a strong coffee.
  2. In a separate container, steam the milk.
  3. Stir the Portland Syrups Peppermint Syrup and chocolate syrup into the espresso or coffee.
  4. Pour in the steamed milk and cognac (optional) and stir to combine.
  5. Top with whipped cream, if desired, and garnish with crushed candy cane or chocolate shavings.
