Ingredients
1 cup whole milk sour cream or creme fraiche
2 tablespoons mix of green onions or chives, plus herbs of your choice (dill recommended), washed and chopped
1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest, from washed lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
ounces 2-4 oz trout roe or other caviar of choice for garnish (we love paddlefish or sturgeon caviar)

In a bowl, combine full-fat sour cream or creme fraiche, green onions, chives, herbs of choice, and lemon zest. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Let mixture sit at room temperature for 10 minutes or more to allow flavors to meld.

Top with trout roe or caviar of choice and serve with choice of sliced cucumbers, celery sticks, potato chips, or crackers. Enjoy!
