6 tablespoons New Leaf Bloom Organic Black Chia Seeds
1 scoop of collagen or protein powder of choice
1 1/2 cup milk of your choice
1 tablespoon New Seasons Market Maple Syrup or Honey
Pinch of salt
New Seasons Market Creamy Almond Butter
Optional toppings: peeled and sliced banana, washed and sliced strawberries, granola, and hemp seeds
