Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons New Leaf Bloom Organic Black Chia Seeds

  • 1 scoop of collagen or protein powder of choice

  • 1 1/2 cup milk of your choice

  • 1 tablespoon New Seasons Market Maple Syrup or Honey

  • Pinch of salt

  • New Seasons Market Creamy Almond Butter

  • Optional toppings: peeled and sliced banana, washed and sliced strawberries, granola, and hemp seeds

Directions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, protein powder, milk, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
  2. Cover and chill in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  3. Finish with a drizzle of New Seasons Market Creamy Almond Butter and any other desired toppings. Enjoy!
