We teamed up with Patrick Fleming, chef and owner of Boke Bowl, to create this protein-packed recipe featuring a rich, deeply flavorful Gochujang butter made with New Seasons All-Purpose Gochujang Sauce—created in partnership with Boke Bowl.

Ingredients
Halibut
1 pound alibut fillet, cut on a bias into 4 4oz pieces, skin and pin bones removed
1 tablespoon New Season Gochujang Butter (recipe below)
Gochujang Butter
4 oz (½ cup) unsalted butter at room temperature
4 tablespoons New Seasons All-Purpose Gochujang Sauce
1 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce
Directions

Place all ingredients for the Gochujang butter in a metal bowl and whisk together vigorously until combined.

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Season cut halibut fillets with salt and pepper, then coat with a thin layer of Gochujang butter.

Place fillets in an oiled sauté pan and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
