1 pound Black cod fillet, skin and pin bones removed
4 tablespoons New Seasons Stir-Fry Sauce
Directions

Cut cod into 4 4oz pieces, then coat each with New Seasons Stir-Fry sauce and marinate them overnight.

Pre-heat the oven to 450°F.

Remove cod fillets from the marinade and place them in an oven-safe pan.

Roast in the oven for about 12 minutes or until the sauce caramelizes and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
