A quick, easy, and endlessly versatile Black cod recipe developed by Patrick Fleming, chef and owner of Boke Bowl featuring New Seasons Stir-Fry Sauce—created in partnership with Boke Bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Black cod fillet, skin and pin bones removed

  • 4 tablespoons New Seasons Stir-Fry Sauce

Directions

  1. Cut cod into 4 4oz pieces, then coat each with New Seasons Stir-Fry sauce and marinate them overnight.
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 450°F.
  3. Remove cod fillets from the marinade and place them in an oven-safe pan. 
  4. Roast in the oven for about 12 minutes or until the sauce caramelizes and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Enjoy with a side of rice and veggies!
