Creamy, tangy, and savory, this delicious dressing can make any meal divine. Use it as a veggie dip, put a dollop or two on your sandwich, or drizzle it on some grilled chicken!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt or sour cream

  • 2 cup fresh herbs of your choice, washed (we recommend a mix of parsley, chives, dill and mint)

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and grated

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Add yogurt, herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, garlic, and pepper to a food processor or blender. Blend until well combined, add additional salt and pepper if needed. 
  2. Transfer to a bowl and serve with your favorite grilled veggies or bread!
