Ingredients
1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt or sour cream
2 cup fresh herbs of your choice, washed (we recommend a mix of parsley, chives, dill and mint)
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, peeled and grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Add yogurt, herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, garlic, and pepper to a food processor or blender. Blend until well combined, add additional salt and pepper if needed.
