Pick some up from the Deli section in your local store, or use our recipe to make it at home in only minutes. And, if fries are on the menu, you can also use the pimento spread as an aioli dip.
To make the prep work even easier, this recipe also uses our Jacobsen's Salt & Pepper Beef & Pork Patties. They're pre-seasoned, pre-formed, and ready for the grill.

Directions
-

-
Heat grill to medium-high, approximately 400 to 450°F. Lightly brush the grill grates with oil.
-
Place burgers on the grill and cook to desired doneness. Top with sliced cheese during the last minute of cooking and covering the grill to melt. Remove from grill and let rest on a plate.
-
Split the buns open and place cut side down on the grill, toasting until light golden brown, about 10-15 seconds. Remove from grill.
-
Spread pimento cheese dip on each bun. Add burgers and toppings of your choice, and enjoy.
