Extra Cheesy Pimento Cheeseburger

Extra Cheesy Pimento Cheeseburger
Bring the heat to burger night with this Extra Cheesy Pimento Cheeseburger recipe, using our Sweet & Spicy Pimento Cheese Spread. Pick some up from the Deli section in your local store, or use our recipe to make it at home in only minutes. And, if fries are on the menu, you can also use the pimento spread as an aioli dip.

To make the prep work even easier, this recipe also uses our Jacobsen's Salt & Pepper Beef & Pork Patties. They're pre-seasoned, pre-formed, and ready for the grill.
  • Serving Size

  • Total Time

    10 - 20 minutes

  • 6 tablespoons New Seasons Market Sweet & Spicy Pimento Cheese Spread, available for purchase or made at home with the recipe linked above.

  • 4 New Seasons Market Jacobsen's Salt & Pepper Beef & Pork Patties

  • 4 slices of sharp white cheddar

  • 4 New Seasons Market Brioche Burger Buns

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for the grill

  • Heirloom or beefsteak tomato, washed and sliced

  • Red onion, sliced

  • Butter lettuce leaves, washed

  • Cornichons, for garnish

  1. If you're making the Pimento Cheese Spread at home, make this first and set aside.
  2. Heat grill to medium-high, approximately 400 to 450°F. Lightly brush the grill grates with oil.
  3. Place burgers on the grill and cook to desired doneness. Top with sliced cheese during the last minute of cooking and covering the grill to melt. Remove from grill and let rest on a plate.
  4. Split the buns open and place cut side down on the grill, toasting until light golden brown, about 10-15 seconds. Remove from grill.
  5. Spread pimento cheese dip on each bun. Add burgers and toppings of your choice, and enjoy.
