Ingredients
1 pound cherries, washed
8 ounce burrata cheese
1 tablespoon pistachios, chopped
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh mint and basil leaves, washed and roughly chopped

Drain burrata with a paper towel. For a creamier texture, allow burrata to come to room temperature. Tear into chunks and place them on a platter.

Cut cherries in half and remove pits with a paring knife or a cherry pitter and scatter over burrata.
