Baked Rigatoni with Burrata

Plus, our rigatoni is wider than ziti, so you’ll catch extra goodness with every bite. While we use Partner Brand pasta and sauce in this recipe, any similar products from other brands should work just fine!

  • 24 ounces New Seasons Market Marinara Pasta Sauce (1½ containers)

  • 1 box New Seasons Market Rigatoni (16 oz)

  • 16 ounces burrata

  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella

  • 1 cup fresh ricotta

  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan


  1. Preheat the oven to 450°.
  2. Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook rigatoni until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
  3. Add marinara and mix until coated.
  4. Spoon in ricotta and stir gently for large, evenly dispersed pockets of cheese.
  5. Place half of the rigatoni into a baking dish. Top with half of the mozzarella and parmesan. Repeat for top layer.
  6. Bake on the top rack for 15 minutes or until browned and bubbling. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
