Ingredients
24 ounces New Seasons Market Marinara Pasta Sauce (1½ containers)
1 box New Seasons Market Rigatoni (16 oz)
16 ounces burrata
8 ounces shredded mozzarella
1 cup fresh ricotta
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
Directions

Preheat the oven to 450°.

Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook rigatoni until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.

Add marinara and mix until coated.

Spoon in ricotta and stir gently for large, evenly dispersed pockets of cheese.

Place half of the rigatoni into a baking dish. Top with half of the mozzarella and parmesan. Repeat for top layer.

Bake on the top rack for 15 minutes or until browned and bubbling. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
