Ingredients
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
4 ounces gin
2 ounces fresh lemon juice
1 simple syrup
2-3 oz Bella Notte Prosecco
Pomegranate seeds (optional)
Sprig of rosemary, washed (optional)
Lemon twist (optional)
Directions

In a shaker with ice, add pomegranate juice, gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously.

Strain into two coupe glasses, add one big ice cube into each glass, and top it off with Prosecco.
