Herb Mignonette
All the bright freshness of a classic mignonette with an herbaceous twist, this sauce is a holiday must for fresh oysters, cooked shrimp, and clams on the half shell.

Ingredients

  • 1 small shallot, peeled and minced

  • 1-2 tablespoons washed and finely chopped fresh parsley and chives

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.  
  2. Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight to allow shallots to pickle.
  3. Pair with cooked shrimp, clams, oysters, or any other seafood favorites and enjoy!
