Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt, dairy or non-dairy

  • 1/2 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 banana, broken into quarters and frozen

  • 3 prunes, diced

  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder

  • 1 cup of ice

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 shot of espresso, chilled

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender jar and blend until rich and creamy. 
  2. Serve in a chilled glass, or take it with you and serve in your favorite insulated thermos or mug.
