Local & Small-Batch Producers

Since opening our doors in 2000, we’ve been dedicated to partnering with small-scale, independent and local vendors and growers. It’s all about helping hardworking folks, such as yourself, realize goals and keep food and food production healthy. We want that tasty food and those quality products on our shelves! That’s best for our communities and it’s also best for the planet.

We roll up our sleeves and are actively engaged with our Local Finds program. Small-scale vendors, who are just getting started or who have been around for a while, are all invited to submit their products to us. And please note, we are very much committed to working with more women-owned, minority-owned and social mission-based businesses. Once a product is accepted, we offer tailored support with everything from packaging and FDA approvals to marketing.

Strong local partnerships lead to equitable, sustainable supply chains, so we can do right by our customers and our communities. Basically, we want to make it as easy as possible for good people doing good things to work with us.

Want to be a new vendor?

At New Seasons Market, we’re always excited to learn about new producers in our communities. If your product is made in the Pacific Northwest, we’d love to review it for possible placement on our shelves.

Please follow these steps to submit to our team:

1.    Create a vendor profile here*. See the Vendor Portal User Guide for step by step instructions. If you need assistance with the vendor portal, please reach out to vendorportalhelp@newseasonsmarket.com. View Terms and Conditions here.

2.    Send your samples to our Store Support Office:

•   Store Support Office: 1300 SE Stark St, Suite 401 c/o Local Finds Portland, OR 97214

•   Clearly label samples with your company name and contact information.

3.  Once we’ve received your submission and samples, we will reach out if we need anything to start the review process. If you have questions about selling to us, please reach out to localfinds@newseasonsmarket.com.

We handle each product submission individually and the review process can take several weeks.

Non-Local Brands

At New Seasons Market, we’re always excited to learn about new producers. If you are outside the Pacific Northwest, we’ll still consider you and your product/s if it’s the right fit.

It is important to note that submitted products will primarily be considered at category review time. Please follow these steps to submit to our team:
