Mission Advisory Council
All of our paths are paths to purpose at New Seasons Market. That’s why we formed our Mission Advisory Council in 2020.
We believe in a balanced stakeholder model, where everyone, including our staff, customers, vendors, and community members, has a voice. So, we’ve joined other esteemed B Corps by implementing a mission-focused governance model. The big picture? Strengthen and support our commitment to using our business as a force for good.
Our diverse council members each bring their unique perspectives, ideas and valued advice to the table. And, we look to them to deepen our focus on the greater good of the communities we’re so lucky to be a part of.
In addition to providing valuable input on all sorts of company initiatives, the council reviews our B Corporation assessment annually. They also publish an annual State of the Mission report that assesses company progress and commitments.
We’re really proud of this dynamic forum for open dialogue, assessment and outreach. Our Mission Advisory Council will help us do the good work that we love to do for many years to come. We’ll all benefit as a result.

We’re really looking forward to working with these generous and thoughtful Mission Advisory Council members. We’ll be sure to highlight council goings-on here, as well as provide information on how to apply to become a member in the future.
