In the Pacific Northwest, sharing the love is a big part of how we celebrate the holidays. At New Seasons Market, one of our favorite opportunities to bring kindness and compassion to the people we serve is through our annual fundraiser, Donate Dinner.
Each November, we accept donations at checkout—whether it be one meal, a week of meals, a month of meals, or an amount of one’s choosing—to support the work of our partners at Meals on Wheels People, Lake Oswego Meals on Wheels, and Milwaukie Community Center Meals on Wheels who work tirelessly to provide a nutritional and social lifeline to homebound seniors across the Portland Metropolitan Area and SW Washington.
It's an honor to serve our communities, and showing a little extra gratitude this time of year goes a long way to ensure that the people who raised us and built our communities don't experience hunger or social isolation.
