A Neighborhood Market Since Day One

Since opening in 2000 in Portland, Oregon, our stores have been places to gather and discover the region’s best food and meet and learn about the folks producing it. As the world’s first Certified B Corp grocer, our mission is to honor local farmers, ranchers, and makers, and help them, our community, and the environment prosper. Over the years, we’ve grown, but that core is 100% the same—build community through really good food.

Growing up in Oregon, I have always been deeply connected to the local food culture, so I’m proud to be a part of New Seasons Market, the first B Corp grocer. We believe that a company can be profitable while still doing good in the world, and we are committed to putting our values into action every day. From sourcing local and organic products to supporting community organizations, we strive to make a positive impact in everything we do.
