Thai Vinaigrette


Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup macadamia nut oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, peeled and minced
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Adjust seasonings to taste.
