Lemon Baked Salmon



  • 8-10 ounces wild-caught salmon
  • 2 teaspoons ghee, melted
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon on parchment lined baking sheet, skin side down. Drizzle melted ghee and lemon juice over salmon and bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork.

    Note: Bake fish for 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
