Blueberry Salad with Spring Greens



  • 6 cups spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped Valencia almonds
  • Optional boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked
  • Toss with your fave dressing


  1. In salad bowl, toss greens, blueberries, feta, almonds and chicken. Mix in dressing to taste. Serve immediately.
