Eric was born and raised in San Jose, the home of the very first California New Seasons Market. His introduction to natural foods was a twist of sweet luck: his bike broke down in front of a health food store. After working at Intel, he moved to work at New Leaf Evergreen, which recently evolved into a New Seasons Market. You can find him digging into a plate of pesto pasta and sipping on Old Vine Zinfandel, or making people laugh in his sketch comedy group.
