As part of our ongoing commitment to our communities, New Seasons Market partners with a local organizations that work to end hunger. Customers can make a donation at the register anytime they shop with us to organizations ranging in scope from food pantries to home garden programs for food insecure families. Each year we hold a Hunger Relief Match event where we match the first $2,000 donated at each of our stores. In 2021 alone, New Seasons Market’s matching funds and customer donations raised over $84,000 for our hunger relief partners! Meals on Wheels People

Since 1970, Meals on Wheels People has provided a nutritional and social lifeline for seniors through 31 meal sites in Multnomah, Washington and Clark counties and Meals on Wheels delivery to homebound seniors. New Seasons Market has a special fondness for this organization. Leading up to Thanksgiving, we host the 5 Days of Kindness fundraiser, encouraging customers to donate to Meals on Wheels People right at the register—ensuring that seniors in our community don’t experience hunger.

Oregon Food Bank

Oregon Food Bank’s mission is to eliminate hunger and its root causes, because no one should be hungry. Our Cedar Hills and Mountain Park stores accept donations at their registers, to bring the community together to provide food, education and hope to neighbors in need.

Vancouver, Washington’s Share envisions a community without hunger. Its mission is to lead the hungry and homeless to self-sufficiency by providing food, shelter, housing, education, advocacy and compassion through the strength of the Vancouver community. Our Fisher’s Landing store staff volunteers at Share’s centers and have acted as guest chefs at fundraisers.​
